Why do I write Sunday Morning Coffee?

That's an interesting question.

It's so we can be old-fashioned for five minutes a day and remind ourselves that it’s human nature to want to build, create or make something. I wanted to create a place where we can all be inspired.

Sunday morning coffee is a place to slow down and have a little piece of the day just for yourself. It’s a place to let loose, have a little fun, and let your imagination take off. It’s also a place to reflect and think things through. It’s all of these things.

I hope it does the same for you.

Throughout the years, I’ve worked in newspapers, advertising, media, client services, and sales. I've worked with clients, teams, deadlines, budgets, vendors and on many spreadsheets that I truly enjoyed creating.

Business and writing are my two passions. This is my place to bring it all together for you, my dear readers.

We spend so much of our lives working, scrolling, consuming and rushing around. I want to make a little place where we stop for five minutes and remember that we're people who like to think, create, make things, dream and be curious.

And over on Instagram, I'll leave a little postcard every once in a while, too. A thought, a question, or a sentence worth keeping. So grab your cozy blanket and favorite mug and stay awhile.
