Why do I write Sunday Morning Coffee?

That's an interesting question.

It's so we can be old-fashioned for five minutes a day and remind ourselves that it's human nature to want to build, create or make something. I wanted to create a place where we can all be inspired.

Sunday morning Coffee is a place to slow down, and have a little piece of the day just for yourself. It's a place to let loose, have a little fun, and let your imagination take off. It's also a place to reflect and think things through. It's All. These. Things.

I hope it does the same for you.

Growing up, I wanted to be a columnist. I imagined writing for a magazine. I started my career as a general assignment newspaper reporter for local community newspapers, moved into advertising, and eventually found my way into client services and sales, the field I work in today. That nagging feeling to write never left me, though. Sunday Morning Coffee is that column - and my portfolio.

Business and writing are my two passions. This is my place to bring it all together for you, my dear readers.
